In Canada, the writer visited the Indian storyteller Pi Patel and asked him to tell his life story. Pi tells the story of his childhood in Pondicherry, India, and the origin of his nickname. One day, his father, the owner of the zoo, explaining that the district no longer support the zoo and so has decided to move to Canada, where the family owned animals will be sold. Those Japanese cargo ship with animals and out of the blue, storm, followed by the ship. Pi living in a lifeboat with a zebra, orangutan, hyena and Bengal tiger and a man called Richard Parker. They rarely occur in the Pacific Ocean, with aggressive hyenas and Rickard Parker hungry. Pi must find a way to survive. |
